This Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect when you access or use our products, services, and technology platforms (including, without limitation, our website(s), mobile applications, and other Soar-controlled properties that link to this Privacy Policy) (collectively, the “Services”). Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of third-party sites, services, or applications you may access through our Services. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us when using the Services. For example, we collect information when you download our mobile application(s), register for our Services, sign up for an account, complete a quiz or questionnaire or other form, participate in any interactive features of the Services including any video or audio call features we provide, apply for a job, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, mailing and billing address and payment information, and any other information you choose to provide.

Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Services

When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect information about you, including the following:

  • Communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by us or others, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you;

  • With your coaches in connection with providing the Services;
  • With vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf;

  • If we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of you, us, or others;
  • In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of our assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company;
  • With a third party, such as your employer, if the third party is paying for your use of the Services or if you are using the Services as part of a third-party-sponsored deployment; in these circumstances we may share with the third party the name of the professional development program you have selected within the Services, the nature of your use of the Services (such as how many sessions you attend), and aggregated or de-identified information; and
  • With your consent or at your direction, including if we notify you through the Services that certain information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you provide this information.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

ANALYTICS SERVICES

We may allow others to provide analytics services in connection with the Services. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion information. We and others may use this information to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, personalize the user experience, and better understand your activity.
